Exeter Estates Ltd has partnered with local civil engineering company C Squared to build a brand-new roundabout at our latest development, West Exe Business Park.
Speaking on his vision for the project, Commercial Director of Exeter Estates Ltd Jon Whiley explains:
This roundabout is essential to initiate and unlock the full potential of the West Exe site.
Our objective is clear: West Exe Business Park will become a centre of excellence for a sustainable greener employment and economic hub. This is underpinned by our site’s unique geographic position, with its proximity to key arterial roads and to Exeter City making our development a natural centre, offering direct access across the SW region.
It was important that we, Exeter Estates, chose the right partner who could ensure the efficient delivery of our project. Once I had spent time with the C Squared team, it became apparent that their flexible and refreshing approach was exactly what we needed.
